Ryan Engineering Ltd is a machining and engineering company based in County Durham, supporting projects from initial concept and design through manufacture, assembly, automation and implementation.

Our capabilities bring together precision CNC machining, CAD/CAM, CNC programming, fabrication and welding, machine building, mechanical assembly, ultrasonic component cleaning, manufacturing engineering and project management. This allows us to support customers with everything from individual components and production tooling to complete machines and wider engineering projects.

Founded by Ryan Green, the company is built on extensive hands-on experience across aerospace, Formula One, medical-device manufacturing, oil and gas, and advanced engineering environments. This has included rapid-turnaround aircraft breakdown support at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, the manufacture of race-critical components for a leading Formula One organisation, and the delivery of complex manufacturing projects within highly regulated MOD and medical environments.

Today, that engineering experience is combined with practical manufacturing capability. Whether the requirement is a prototype, replacement component, production batch, fabricated assembly, bespoke fixture, machine build or automation project, our approach remains the same: understand the requirement, develop a practical solution and deliver work that performs reliably in a real production environment.
