Hi, Iām Ryan Green.
Ryan Engineering Ltd was built from a genuine passion for manufacturing - turning concepts into reality and helping ideas grow into profitable, sustainable businesses.
My background is rooted in hands-on engineering, with experience spanning CAD design, CNC programming, Macro development and manufacturing and production optimisation. This work has taken me across the UK, supporting a wide range of industries and operating environments. Early in my contracting career, I worked on rapid turnaround aircraft breakdowns at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, followed by manufacturing race-critical components at a leading Formula One company in Oxford, where precision, speed, and accountability were non-negotiable.
Since founding Ryan Engineering Ltd, I have delivered consultancy support on complex, high-value projects, including work with a Tier 1 medical device manufacturer on a multi-million-pound programme. Over more than a year of development, new manufacturing strategies were implemented to increase output, reduce scrap, and improve overall process stability and quality within a regulated environment. Alongside this, I have supported early-stage and established companies across multiple sectors from developing and prototyping fitness tracking systems, to delivering manufacturing optimisation on six-figure oil and gas contracts, to designing automated valve and work-holding systems to maximise machine utilisation and productivity. Across every project, the focus remains the same: sound engineering judgement, manufacturable design, and practical solutions that work in real production environments. What began as a passion for design, development, and continuous learning has become a consultancy built on experience, accountability, and results, and I now work with clients looking to take their ideas, products, and manufacturing operations to the next level
