Experience delivering engineering solutions within high-performance and regulated manufacturing sectors, including environments where tolerance control, repeatability, traceability and validation are critical. This includes work aligned in medical, aerospace and high-performance engineering standards.

Materials & Process Understanding

Practical experience working with a wide range of engineering materials, including metals, polymers, and specialist materials used in regulated and high-performance environments. Design and process decisions are informed by material behaviour, tolerance sensitivity, heat, wear, and long-term reliability, not just geometry.

Production-Critical Continuous Improvement

Proven ability to identify and implement cycle-time reductions, productivity improvements and scrap reduction initiatives within live production environments. Improvements are delivered without destabilising processes or compromising quality compliance, or delivery

Advanced Manufacturing & Automation Capability

Hands-on experience applying advanced manufacturing methods such as CNC programming, CAM optimisation, macro variable programming, and automation strategies to support efficient, repeatable production. These skills are applied as part of a broader manufacturing strategy, not in isolation.
